Terms

1. All photos are of the actual item offered. We do not use any stock or manufacturers photos. What you see, is what you get!! Any marks on the dial are just reflections caused by the camera lens or photo set-up.

2. An informed customer is, in our opinion, our best customer. Feel free to ask all questions before purchasing. You can either call us at 561-482-8324, or email us at alan@bsjboca.com. Pieces can be inspected prior to sale at our Boca Raton, Fl. location.

3. We reserve the right to end a website listing if an item sells in one of the other venues it may be listed on or sold over the counter in one of our 2 retail locations. We recommend that you contact us before driving to one of our locations to check on the availability of the piece at that particular branch. Our website is updated every evening, but during peak holiday season items can sell very rapidly and we can run out of stock.

4. Every item we list, is guaranteed to be in stock as of 9am Eastern time and all in stock items are able to ship in 24 hours upon notification by our bank of clearance of payment.

5. All watches will be listed in their respective conditions. Modern pre-owned watches come with a 1 year warranty on the movement provided that the watch was not dropped or abused in any way. Opening the watch by an unauthorized watchmaker voids our warranty. Vintage watches are sold as-is unless noted. Each timepiece will be described with particulars. Watches advertised as “New” come with the equivalent of the original manufacturer’s warranty backed by our team of certified watchmakers. The original papers or card may be marked with the date the original item was purchased, and occasionally the name of the original purchaser. We are not authorized dealers of any of the brands we sell, and different manufacturers have different policies regarding warranties and transferability.

6. We guarantee the accuracy of our descriptions, and are very conservative in our ratings. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you would like before purchasing. We want you to be informed and fully comfortable.

7. The title to ownership transfers on receipt of payment

Bridge Street Jewelry is not an authorized dealer or distributor of any of the watch brands that we sell with the exception of U-Boat and TW Steel.  We are not affiliated in any way, shape or form with any other brands that we sell.
